fines are imposed on cello section members every sectionals if they
1) fail to play up to expectaions
2) forget their pencils
3) forget to pay a previous fine
4) forget to put on rosin
5) did not tune their cello properly
6) did not bring their stoppers
7) did not bring their mutes
8) offend the almighty and great section leader
